Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unopened and unused.

Please note: no refund will be given for used products!

Processing returns may take up to 5 working days after we have received your order.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If a product is delivered incorrectly or defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Beauty Company.

Returns must be received by us in their original packaging and unused within 2 weeks after purchase.

After proper receipt, we will refund the purchase amount immediately.

Items with more than 40% discount cannot be returned.

Actual colors may differ from those on your screen due to display settings; this is not a valid reason for returns.

If there is an unexpected quality issue, you can return the item within 14 days after purchase in consultation with our Customer Service.

For electrical devices that have already been used and have a quality issue, please contact our Customer Service before sending them in for repair.
